DIY MOVE-IN SOLUTIONS

• Exhibitors arrange for their own transport of goods to the show.

• Exhibitors must use the loading dock on-site and schedule themselves for a dock or ramp time using the buttons below. This is a free service with confirmed reservation. 

• Ramp access is strictly for hand carry items, or items on trolleys. If your items are being delivered by truck you must book a dock time. 

Please Note: If you or your carrier arrives at the loading dock without a pre-booked dock time on January 9th or before noon on January 10th, 2026 you will be turned away and required to choose one of two options:

• Deliver your goods using your own shipping provider to the advanced receiving warehouse. Where your shipment will be weighed, charged for material handling at full rate + 30%, stored, and then delivered to your booth space at our earliest convenience.

• Come back on January 10th, 2026 after 1 pm for the first-come, first-served basis loading dock / ramp. Priority will be given to Pro-X Event delivery & pre-booked dock times if applicable.

** No deliveries of booth or product will be accepted after 6pm or on Sunday, January 11th. The dock will be closed.

The DIY option does NOT come with labour, forklifts, trolleys or other materials to assist in getting your booth to its designated space.

Under NO circumstances may booth materials be brought in through the hotel venue doors and directly to your booth space. This is a venue rule!
