• All shipments must have a pre-filled shipping label, BOL, etc., before it gets picked up from show floor. All shipments must be picked-up from PRO-X EVENT warehouse by January 23rd, 2026 following the show. A service charge of $130.00 will be added for any preparation of your material pick-up. A service & storage fee will apply on all shipment not picked up after January 23rd, 2026 

• Collect shipments will not be accepted and will be return to sender, all shipment must be Prepaid, including customs or import fee.

• Exhibitors are responsible to secure and maintain loss & damage insurance coverage for their exhibit properties.

• Pro-X Event shall not be responsible for damage to uncrated materials, improperly packed materials, concealed damage, lost or theft of exhibitor materials after being delivery to booth during installation, nor before being picking up for shipping out from the Hotel.

• All Claims or discrepancies must be settled at the Pro-X Service Centre prior to show closing.
